A great place to stay! I spent 7 days here. It is quiet cheap with twin bedrooms and beautiful view from my room. They have everything in the room; kettle, tea, coffee, iron board, iron, phone, hair dryer, heater, big bathroom with bathub. Also the room is spacious and it is quiet affordable with the breakfast as well. I would like to promote Roy to get promotion as he was so fast response. The moment I got off from the car he asked to bring my stuff and offered me trolley to bring all my bags. And he told me briefly about Sheffield in the first meeting. Such a helpful and warm guy. And for the breakfast I asked vegetarian sausage and they cooked it for me. They were so kind. But I was afraid it would be in the same frying pan with other meat so I asked the young guy at the kitchen to cook it separately for me. Surprisingly, the next day they didn't even ask me or offered me anything. But since I extended my stay, the next day he offered me the vegetarian sausage. So I was okay. The receptionist asked me about any improvement when I extended my stay which previously he was quiet not so friendly. Furthermore, The hotel is closed to wicker street where there are many halal restaurants such as Diyafa and Imran. Anyway, I think breakfast can be improved with more variety of food. And the guests need to respect other guests as I still hear noises at night. Overall great hotel with great location, just few services need to be improved.

After I booked for 6 nights I read some of the reviews about the hotel and quite a few were negative, obviously we did worry a bit but we went anyway and I'm really glad we did, the young girl on reception when we arrived early let us park our car so we could go off and look around the town, when we went to check in it was very simply done within minutes,, they gave us a business class room with a king size bed, OK it was two 3ft singles put together but it was really comfortable, the room had so much space and was equipped with everything we needed,, the shower, sink toilet etc all worked perfectly, there was tea and coffee making facilities, the breakfast was great, it was thrown in with the price, brilliant, all you can eat and plenty of other options like toast, fresh fruit, cereal and crossoints, all in all we had a great 6 night stay, we had a bit of noise from the people above us, we phoned reception and they dealt with it straight away, the staff were all very friendly,, we will definitely stay again, thank you OYO for making our stay with you a great experience, take care
